Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 c strawberries, frozen
- 2 T grated ginger root
- 2 T chopped mint leaves
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender and add water and ice as needed until you're happy with the thickness and texture
