Our full refund policy for online or hybrid courses above $50 lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we don’t offer a refund or exchange.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

If you choose to disenroll from an online or hybrid program in less than 7 days, a full refund minus a small administration fee of $15 will be taken from the charged amount. No refund is given for online courses costing less than $50

In Person/Zoom Classes & Programs

  • If it’s been less than 30 days since you registered for a zoom or in-person class and the class doesn’t start for at least 21 days from the date of your refund request, we will issue a full refund minus a $15 admin fee
  • If it’s been longer than 30 but less than 90 days since you signed up for any zoom or in-person class or program and the class doesn’t start for at least 21 days from your date of request, we will issue a 75% refund minus a $15 admin fee.
  • If it has been longer than 90 days since you registered for a zoom or in-person class and the class doesn’t start for at least 21 days from your date of request, we will issue you an equal credit to use toward any other class or program we offer. You will have 7 days to let us know via email (Email now) what program you would like to apply your tuition to. If you do not email within 7 days with your choice, you forfeit your tuition amount.
  • If the class is within 21 days of starting, no refund or exchange will be issued.

Once you have placed your request your refund will be issued within 7 days

Class Date Change

Occasionally we do not have the number of registered students necessary to hold a class. In that case we will attempt to change the date(s) to dates that work for those who are already registered so they can still attend. If necessary, we will offer a refund or exchange if the date will not work for a registered student. In the case of a program that runs several months, we may condense the program from 10 meetings to 5 meetings, 7 meetings to 3 meetings, and so on. The same content will be covered but will be done in fewer sessions which will mean more hours during that meeting (8 hours instead of 4 hours for example).

Late or missing refunds

If after 7 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
