Any time is a good time for a sugar detox!!
But after the heavy holidays it’s almost necessary! All those sweets and treats may have been tempting at the time, but that doesn’t mean we don’t pay for our indulgences later with lagging energy, uncontrollable cravings, blood sugar highs and lows, weight gain, and sleep disturbances.
In this 6 week group program we will talk about the effects of sugar on our bodies, learn how to set up our kitchens and pantry for maximum success, discuss how to replace your favorite treats with healthy alternatives, how to create menus and shopping lists that are in line with your health goals, and provide support on a weekly basis along with a private group chat that lets you reach out to your group for help during the week.
This group will be maxed out at 10 in-person participants and 10 virtual participants. Payment is necessary to reserve your space and refunds are only given if you decide not to go at least 30 days before the start of the program.
